Dear SIKSers,

here's a small description on how to insert the SIKS dissertation reeks into
your tex document:

1.) In your main *.tex file
    - insert \usepackage{supertabular}
    - insert \include{siks} wherever you want it to appear
2.) Save the siks.tex file to the path where the main *.tex file is located
3.) Compile !

Note: If some lines look strange in your pagestyle, fiddle a bit with the '\\'
commands till it is right !
